Quiqup

Empower delivery drivers with real-time guided tasks on the app to enhance their efficiency and performance.

Intro

I focused on creating user-centred experiences that emphasized ease of use. First, I identified user challenges through interviews and analysis, then developed prototypes for testing. Finally, I worked closely with developers and project managers to deliver the final product.

Quiqup was a London-based startup that provided last-mile logistics services for both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) deliveries. Drivers were able to pick up or purchase items on behalf of customers and deliver them in less than one hour.

Quiqup needed to redesign the driver app, which enabled drivers to receive real-time instructions on how to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

Research, Analysis, Ideation, App Design, Web Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Prototyping

Querying

Designed a new user experience for queries that were familiar but gave current users more flexibility and addressed many of their existing pain points. We also created an easier way for new users to browse the data and a more digestible data visualisation.

Audiences

We decided to help new users understand market research through the lens of their target audience by making audiences central to the new experience. The new audience builder used more natural language and gave users insights without having to make complicated queries.

Reports

GWI-created content offered a lot of insight. With the new version, we allowed users to share the insights they had discovered on GWI to social media to help increase traffic to the platform. But we also allowed users to plug their created audiences into the insights found to understand better how their audiences would affect or be affected by the data.

Design System

While designing and testing, we created a flexible design system. Our main goal was to allow the design team to scale while still delivering a consistent user experience across the entire platform.
